I know college mechanics are regional and there are differences throughout the country where PBUC is standard - what does CCA teach on uncaught third strikes? Is there something they recommend?

If I had a hunch...I would say socialblue1 has trained a few umps...could be wrong...but I'll throw it out there anyway...what the heck.
