MLB Umpire Tim Timmons
I am watching the Sox-Yankees game on ESPN and I am wondering what Home Plate Umpire is wearing on his Right Arm around his wrist?

It is black and is not a watch.

Does anyone else know what it is?

I am watching the Sox-Angels game on TBS and I am wondering what Home Plate Umpire is wearing on his backside belt. It is white in color and may be a medical device. What is it?

Im guessing its part of the mircophone package they wear.
