NB 350 vs. Puma Diamond Strat.

For those of you guys that have worn both, which do you prefer? These will be for football, but the Puma isn't big in football and I've never tried it on.

NB 350. They seem to be a bit wider, and my feet need that. I looked for 20 years to find a pair of shoes that compared to my Puma Scramblers, and the NB 350's were the first I found.

Why would you post this question in the baseball forum, if you're planning to use the shoes for football? Have you looked at the football forum, where they happen to have a thread on shoes?

OK, let me repeat: "Puma isn't big in football and I've never tried it on."

I've seen Puma worn in baseball and I wanted some comparisons by people that have actually worn them. I've read the shoe thread in football and wanted a different perspective since I want the best shoe for me, not necessarily the best shoe for all other football officials. There are bound to be baseball umpires who've never worked football and worn this shoe (or at least, I thought there might be).

I'm not sure why you knowing all that is important. I wish people in these forums would just take it on face value that there's a good reason why they asked the question they've asked. If you don't agree with that, then you are of course free to ignore the thread.

Based on what I saw on the news, I am not buying Puma anytime soon.

Peace

New Balance 995

I wear this shoe on the bases and I love them. They have little stubs like the Pumas but are unparalleled in comfort when it comes to any shoe that I have worn. I used to wear the 350's but will never put them on my feet again. Probably will wear these as long as they continue to make them.
