Missing 1B
Situation: Runners on 3B and 2B - 2 outs.
Batter hits fair ball down 3 base line. Batter ends up on 3rd - both runners score. I appeal that batter did not touch 1B - field umpire calls him out. Do both runs score? What if there were only 1 out or no outs? |

If he was the PU and didn't know this rule he shouldn't be the PU. I happen to think that a coach should know this rule too, but that's just my opinion.

Can I get a second opinion? Yes, you're ugly too.
