Several years ago I was given a "BRONCO" playoff game, which ended up being a "PINTO" (7-8 year olds) playoff game!! Needless to say I was distressed at this occurance, but I perservered and finished the game.
The players were SOOOO small I had to work on one knee, with that shin guard off. I called the whole game with one shin guard removed and I occassionally even played catcher when the little dudes decided it was more fun to daydream. There is one decided perk for doing this level. On a warm summer day the dress was rather skimpy on the GLM's in the stands. There were plenty of pleasant views in the stands.
