Hey all,
This is a way to think about it that should clear this question up......  Did "Timmy" get the number of days rest required? AND Did "Timmy" miss one game as a pitcher? If you answered yes to both them he had 3 days rest and a game. Notice that there is no mention of WHEN the game was missed, pitching-wise. LomUmp
