Old Guard Dawgs don't like newcomers, plain and simple. Youngsters make them look slow and dodgy and, er , OLD. And they threaten to take their jobs away as well they should.

msavakinas, there is a lot o be learned on this site and it looks like you will separate the wheat from the chaff on yor own.
