Why? The shortstop had an opportunity to catch the ball, missed it, and nobody else had a play on the ball. Live ball. Razor said it was behind the baseline, which I think is past the runner's position. The ball must have had backspin on it like Phil Mickelson's 64 degree lob wedge, and spun back into the runner.

I just don't see any interference here. If the runner had been hit with the ball before F6 had an opportunity to field the ball, then it would have been.
