Be careful if its 12" - you then can call it a "foot"

That's three more than me. Ten games scheduled, ten games cancelled.

We have started our Travel games down here. I worked yesterday and we are talking about 45 or so degrees. The only games cancelled were today because of the rain. Other than that it has been baseball weather.

Talking

We ended up with about 8 inches of snow here in western Wis where I live.
Only 30 miles to the north they only had a little over 2. I've have one scrimmage and 3 games so far. Had five canceled or rescheduled and had a game for tomorrow and a DH for Saturday that I'm sure will not be played. Don't know if the snow will be gone and the fields dry next week. I've got five games on for next week. Hopefully be Thursday thing will be ready to go.
We had better weather the first half of January.
At least we don't have earthquakes or hurricanes up here.
I'm really sick of winter.

It is amazing though, that even with all the weather that parts of the country are getting now in April, that they are pushing next college season back a month. We'll see if it helps, but the weather is so unpredictable.

One thing I truly believe IS predictable is that springs in the upper Midwest simply suck. Oh, there is the occasional warm day or week, but for the most part, the springs here suck. It's not like it was when I was a kid, when the snows stopped in mid-March at the latest, and April was mild and comfortable.

I don't have a game tomorrow so I am going to get in a round of golf in the afternoon. Temp is supposed to be in low 70's. We actually had a light dusting on Friday night, first time I ever remember in April. It was measured at 0.13" at the airport and it was all gone by 10 am. But it was back to low 60's by Monday.
