Home run/ground rule double?

High school baseball line drive goes thru the outfield fence on the fly. Home run or ground rule double?

Refference the FED baserunning awards tables and look at 'Four Base Award'. The ball must be batted fair and go over the fence in flight to be ruled a homerun.

While there in 8-3-3; look for a rule about a FAIR batted ball becomes dead because of bouncing over or passing through a fence, goes under, lodges in or under the fence.

And, if the fielder held on and it was not the 3rd out, any runners are awarded one base beyond their TOP base.
