i understand that
i know he has to be 45 feet away from first. if one foot is out of the throwing lane while a play is beign made on him he can be called out. in the case im talking about the ball was thrown by the catcher and it hit him in the helmet. now my inquiry was IS IT A DEAD BALL OR LIVE BALL AND CAN THE RUNNER ON FIRST ADVACE
