While drinking a cold one I :

1) Determine what went wrong.
2) If I missapplied a rule, I look up the rule and try to learn from it.
3) If I kicked a call, I ask myself if I was in the wrong position, and I learn from it. If I just blew the call, from lack of focus or just a plain old "brain fart" I try to learn from it.
4) If I displayed poor game management, I was argumentative or lost my composure, I try to determine what triggered it and learn from it.

You might notice a recurring theme, "learn from it". No one is perfect, we strive for it, but will never acheive it.

Learn from it and move on. You will get better.
