You might notice a recurring theme, "learn from it". No one is perfect, we strive for it, but will never acheive it.

Learn from it and move on. You will get better.

If you have a partner who is not God's gift to umpires a post game debriefing and discussion can do wonders.

HOWEVER if you do have a partner who is God's gift to umpires you've just been blessed with a scape goat!
