Changing Pitchers

Does a player become the pitcher of record if he throws a warm-up pitch in between innings? Say the short-stop comes out, picks up the ball, gets on the mound and throws a warm-up pitch. Does he now have to pitch to one batter? Also, say it is the 3rd inning the starting pitcher comes out and throws his warm-up pitches, but then, the coach decides that he wants to make a pitching change. Does the pitcher have to pitch to one hitter?
