First off, many of you claimed that there is NO sense of brotherhood between professional baseball and little league (for example) when this strike began. Now all of a suddene everyone is jumping on the brotherhood bandwagon.

Next off, this guy has STABBED two hundred and some of his "brothers" straight in the back by crossing this picket line to go work these games. But now all of a sudden AMLU guys are supposed to feel sorry for him?

I'd send him a card if I were an AMLU member "you wanted to work professional baseball, didnt you? welcome to professional baseball, big boy."

Also, please stop comparing a chest bump with a bat toss. This is obviously three weeks of built up frustration with these guys working games and the bat goes flying. Is it right? NO. Is it bad that the scab got hit? NO!

And it's this attitude, along with the harassment, that has soured so many fellow umpires on the AMLU guys.
