This all reminds me of a tale once told about a clinic given by a major league ump.
Q: What do you call if the pitch hits both the hands and the bat and you can't tell which one it hit first? A: It hit the hands first. Q: No, I mean what if you can't tell if it hit the bat or the hands first? A: It hit his F%&(^$# hands first!
