defensive visits

Watching a 11u tourney game the other day. Between innings, defensive coach stops and talks to pitcher during warm-ups. Would this be a 'charged' visit? Coach asked about it and umpire said in 'youth' games it was a charged visit.
Any thoughts?

Most umpires will (and should, imo) follow the HS rule on this -- and it's not a visit unless the conversation delays the game.

By interp, it's a visit in MLB.
