During a game yesterday in Pony Ball (OBR) - Colt (15 - 16 yo's), coach asks and is granted time to visit pitcher and catcher on the mound. Right behind him an assistant coach follows and has a discussion with all four infielders well behind the mound.
As the BU I let it go, but didn't feel it was right, but couldn't remember any rule that applied? Help... Other teams coach didn't argue or put up a fuss, but I'd like to learn how to better handle this situation should it occur again. Would rule interpretations be different between OBR and Feds? Thank you.

as far as i know, there is nothing in the rule book that would prevent more than one coach from making a visit at the same time. i wouldnt consider it any different than the head coach meeting with the infielders after talking to his pitcher.
id love to hear some more opinions... tuck

Get everyone on the field
FED Rule 3-4-1 says:
Each team, when on defense, may be granted not more than three charged conferences during a seven-inning game, without penalty, to permit COACHES or the non-playing REPRESENTATIVES to confer with a defensive player or players. So... more than one can enter the field and multiple conference can occur at the same time. Humorously 3-4-3 says the conference ends when the COACH or non-playing REPRESENTATIVE crosses the foul line.
