Fake Tag
Federation Rules.
R1 is on first. F1 legally steps back off the rubber. R1 is clearly on the base. F1 fakes the throw to F4 and F4 swipes his glove and taps R1. Do you have anything on this?

It seems like a weird play to have F4 tag R1 on first
 -- but other than that this is nothing. This is NOT what the "fake tag" rule is intended to cover.
