Libero Tracker Question
Where is it documented as to who provides the libero tracker? If the home team uses a libero then they must provide a tracker. If the home team does not use a libero and the visiting team does then the home team does not have to provide a tracker and the visiting team does. Is this correct? Where is this documented? I don't see it in either the rules or case book.

On page 48 of the rulebook:
Host school shall coordinate Assistant Officials - According to Rule5-1-1, assistant officials include scorer, libero tracker, timer, and line judges. The host school is responsible for ensuring that all assistant official positions are covered with trained personnel prior to the match, State association policy may exist on how assistant official positions are covered. It is then the host schools responsibility to ensure that these positions are covered accordingly. This may include prematch arrangements with the visiting school(s). |
