New NCAA rules

I've only looked through the beginning of the new book once and haven't had time to go through the whole rulebook yet. But it seems to me that the rule changes for NCAA-W this year are not very significant.

The only one I remember that might have some bearing on actual game situation is that the coach can request a sub or TO from farther away now. But even that's not really that big a deal.

Have I missed anything important?

5.2.4.4.................Coaches location for requests changed.
11.1.3.3...............Time-out length modified by agreement.
17.2.2.5 and
17.2.3.1...............Procedures for protest of scoresheet modified.
Libero Tracking......Duties of Libero Tracker expanded and form changed.
