Does anyone know where I can find the rules differences between NCAA vs Fed?

Dave:

I would suggest you get a 2006 copy of BRD by Carl Childress. It can be purchased on this site.

In addition to the BRD, RefMag publishes a book that contains (some of) the differences -- "Rules for Umps" or something like that

I don't know many groups that buy the NCAA rule books anymore. You can access them online and the hard copy is about $8. You can contact the NCAA (don't call them en-see-double a) and they'll ship you one. The back of the Fed rule book has the major rule differences.

If you are serious about working NCAA baseball, you need to join the appropriate group and attend some clinics. You'll cover rules, situations and mechanics differences. Are you working Junior College or four year schools?
