Over head support.

I have a game tomorrow night. Fairly small gym with wierd sitch. One basketball goal will go up all the way. The other won't and has to stay stationary. Various partners have wanted to do different things with this in different games and each cite differrent rules.. Some one who really knows... how do you deal with this? Short on time and lots to do between now and then. Thanks in advance.
