Which position do you think takes the longest to master in volleyball?

I only officiate volleyball at the high school level, but R2 is more difficult for me. I'm usually the more experienced official these days, so most partners ask me to be R1 for varsity matches. As such, I don't often work big matches with high caliber teams as the R2. When I'm assigned to a big postseason match as the R2, I occasionally struggle to get comfortable.
