Which position do you think takes the longest to master in volleyball?

I have been following volleyball for quite a while, and I am just curious which position is toughest one to master

I only officiate volleyball at the high school level, but R2 is more difficult for me. I'm usually the more experienced official these days, so most partners ask me to be R1 for varsity matches. As such, I don't often work big matches with high caliber teams as the R2. When I'm assigned to a big postseason match as the R2, I occasionally struggle to get comfortable.

I used to have that issue. If you have a match you anticipate might be one-sided, let that inexperienced ref go up, assuring them you'll handle everything on the floor, and that you'll be there to help if needed.
