I keep them looser so it goes on easier. It might be a good idea to go to a hardware store and get extra screws just in case.

Used them for the first time yesterday. 3 full D3 matches, two of them went 5. No problem.
Both of us were on Sonic Blasts (love the thing, even though it seems to make me drink a lot more water than I usually do), and while I was conscious not to lean on it much, my partner didn't hold back. And it wasn't as bad as I've had on other ("non fancy") headsets before.
We still had to get face to face once, when a situation warranted a replay and we were not confident we can talk it over the headsets without the R2 being overheard and/or looking too weird.
