Wait. . . it's OVER?

I just got home from AAU Junior Nationals in Orlando. I've been officiating volleyball since September with only a brief break for basketball in December and January. And as of now, I have no volleyball on my schedule until Aug. 31.

I think my volleyball season is actually over. Feels wierd not have a tournament scheduled for the weekend!

My season ended early June. Somewhat grateful for the break, but my wife keeps asking when I'll be leaving the house. Hmm.,.....

None of that. And, no USAV VB either (for me). HS and college only (depending on the sport). I don't even do much HS summer basketball.

I haven't done summer (AAU) basketball in years now. I don't blame you at all.

As for USA volleyball, I will say that I think it has been a big part of my improvement as an official. If you have aspirations for higher levels of volleyball, I do think the reps are helpful.
