Illinois has made no decision yet as far as I know. They just released guidance so fall sports teams can start training and conditioning as of last week. I am guessing additional guidance comes out at the end of June assuming Illinois moves to phase 4 of the Governor's Restore Illinois plan on reopening the state.

Total coincidence, but I just checked the MIAA website 5 minutes ago. Doesn't look like Massachusetts has made any decision yet.

As of the present time, Virginia had made no official decision. My local board is preceding as if the season will happen.

No decisions made in Pa yet, but the Governor just gave some guidelines for school sports, and school teams were just given the OK to start summer activities. I haven’t even heard of any definite decisions about SCHOOL starting in the fall, but all indicators are pointing to schools and school sports happening. I think that is the case in most states.

As we go through the summer the next question will be, ‘what are school sports going to look like in the fall?” Will fans be permitted and if so, will there be a maximum limit? Will masks be required of spectators or coaches or officials? Will officials be required to use hand whistles? Will there be line judges? Will the maximum number of contests be reduced? NCAA Division 2 and NAIA both reduced the maximum number of contests for their fall sports programs.
