Interference?
 

I was asked a rather odd question the other day - the ball is passed high and almost parallel to the net. A blocker jumps with the setter and performs a blocking action in the opponents space. The blocker does not touch the ball nor the setter’s hands. His/her arms/hands however obscure the setter’s view of the ball and the setter mishandles it.
Interference or not?

By rule, INT requires contact. 9-6-7-d (FED reference)
