ISF Contradiction in Fair/Foul definition

So unless I'm reading this wrong--do these definitions contradict one-another?

ISF Rules

1.29.b
A fair ball is a legally batted ball which bounds past first or third base on or over fair territory, regardless of where the ball hits after going over the base.

1.37.c
A foul ball is a legally batted ball which first touches on foul territory beyound first or third base.

So what one is saying is a ball that sails on the fly over third base in fair territory but lands in foul territory is both fair and foul?
