1) OK, I didn't see any disagreement about this.
2) Hijacking the new pitcher question just a bit, had to rule that 1 minute between innings applies even if the pitcher is changed; and even if the change is unreported. 3) A worse hijack. Recently, I have seen/heard the " "Out at two! Safe at one" (usually only one of them) with high level umps and wonder if I should adopt the same. 4) Same question about OBS ("Obstruction at 1st" or "Ostruction at 3rd")
