My understanding last spring was that if the rule did pass, as it did, College, NFHS, & ASA would all use the same terms. DP/FLEX. Due to printing schedules and the NFHS missed it last year by about 1 vote it could'nt happen until the 2004 rule books came out. Looks like we are headed that way.
