ISF Illegal Glove

Under ISF rules only the catcher and first baseman may use mitts.

Here's the situation.
Batter bunts down 3B line. F5 make a barehand pickup and throws out the batter-runner at 1B. Offensive coach protests that F5 was wearing a mitt. What's your ruling please.
