Smile Runner Safe or out

Batter hits a popup down the first baseline. As she is advancing toward 1st base, the ball hits her on the shoulder, and stays fair. She was running in fair territory. Is she safe or is she out for interference?

Thanks

Yes, not really and yes.

Yes, she is out

The act doesn't necessarily meet the definition of interference, but the rule says it is interference, so...

..yes, for interference.

Any batter-runner who is hit by her own fair batted ball, after exiting the batter's box, is out.

I hope you are not confusing batted with thrown; or offense with defense regarding fair or foul.
