Generally, I am not in favor of criminalizing bad manners or other things your mother should have taught you.

I am not a law enforcement officer. I don't understand why I would want my words to take on the force of law.

The owners of the property (city, school district, private property, etc.) should have more than enough law enforcement behind trasspass laws to do what is necessary.

What is the background for the legislature to consider such a narrow law?
