Parent looking for rule....

DD is a pitcher. She has a rock resin bag. She played last weekend at a "friendly" tournament. One umpire said that rock resin isn't legal. She is playing agian this weekend at a unsantioned tournament so hopefully it would be an issue.
Could you all please help me and tell me if her bag is legal or not and for which santions she can use it. Or should I go get her a powder bag before this weekends tournament to avoid any issues. She also has a gorrilla grip towel but hasn't used that at any tournaments yet, is that legal in all sanctions?
She plays ASA, PONY and USSSA.

Thanks

The umpire was correct for ASA. The rule specifically states "powdered" resin.

Exactly the same for PONY.

As others have said, ASA & PONY specifically only allow powdered resin (ASA Rule 6-5; PONY Rule 7-6).

USSSA Rule 6-1-I also says "powdered" resin.

I believe Gorilla Gold is legal (PONY, NFHS, ASA), correct me if I'm wrong

Gorilla Gold is legal in ASA.

PONY has not (yet) specifically addressed the use of Gorilla Gold.

Not sure what NFHS has said about it.
