Our City's Co-Ed League uses 20 after 4 and 12 after 5.

As for unusual run ahead rules, one local high school conference (FP) has a rule that any time there is an 18 run lead after the end of an inning, the game ends. It makes me wonder if any games ended after 1 inning by this rule.
