Here in East Texas, we use the red shirt, grey slacks, the offifical black cap with USSSA in Red bordered in white and has red bill. Official ball bag is black with gold letter- ing. However, we are allowed to utilize the gray bag. {I cannot not see where it would matter since only one umpire utilizes the ball bag. Shoes, socks, and belts all black. Tee shirt if worn is white. Jacket is solid red or blue, however, again must match partner. I ordered from phone in.
