NCAA they get five warm up pitches.
Everyone else they have 1 minute to deliver not more than 5 warm up pitches. If my partner is not enforcing this, I remind him of the rule, and that we are there to enforce such rules. I have never had to remind anyone more than once, though I am sure I have had plenty of partners leave a game with me in this situation who think that I am a real hard ***.
