Georgia vs. Florida

Did anyone get a chance to watch the Georgia vs. Florida today? The game was ok but what I found funny was the guy you could hear in the stands the entire game. He must have stated every umpire dig that was ever created. He was in the PU ear on almost every pitch and time out that was called. He also made numerous digs on the BU’s as well. He questioned every call made against Florida and blamed the umpires for the Georgia home runs. You could also hear him state that none of the umpires knew the rules of the game etc. etc. etc….
I have heard some bone head spectators before but this guy took the cake. I guess it takes all types to make up a crowd. I thought they did not sell beer at college softball gaes

Can't say that I have seen or heard the audio from this game, but in a related story; I was in Clearwater a couple weekends ago when Nebraska beat Florida. Several of the umpires working that weekend were on hand in the stands and the guy you describe sounds very familiar. Our heckler was so bad (relentless, calling corners from behind the rh batters box, misapplying sandlot rules, etc) that I couldn't help but heckle him whenever he had a comment. After a couple innings I had the Florida fans around us cracking up. Seems that was enough to shut him up, for that game anyway.

What can I say, I got a chance to give it back and he couldn't take the heat. It's amazing how inflated some fans get when there is a fense between them and the target of their comments.
