B1 runs to pitcher

12 U Fun Fall Tourney....B1 swings, ball rolls to pitcher who fields the ball and makes the play at first. For some reason B1, takes several strides in the direction of the pitcher, stopping 1/2 way between the mound and the plate before turning to run to first. In no way do I believe she did anything to interferre (on purpose) nor did she cause any harm..she just got cuaght up in the moment and decided to run in that direction...I only bring this up because I have been calling roughly 18 years, and it seems every tourney I go to I see something odd that I have never seen before...ya just never know what these youngsters are going to do...I love it!!!
