If there is no EP on the lineup, then there is no EP, so anyone batting and not reported is an unreported sub and can not be an EP.
I don't see BOO because the player was never in the batting order to determine where "batting in order" would be.
When you open it you're going to find a whole (worthless?) rule about using an EP without listing one
