				PDF Version of ASA Rules

In 2008, ASA sold a CD with, among other things, a PDF version of the ASA Rules. However, they didn't do it last year. Will it be offered again this year? I have to say that having the rule book at my fingertips is a wonderful tool that would benefit everyone.
