From ISF Pitching (FP) Regulations, POE



The body must come to a complete stop. This position (the pause) must be
held for a minimum of two (2) seconds and not more than five (5) seconds.

Basically 5 seconds to deliver the pitch once the hands come together. I wonder if this will drive any of the US pitchers a little crazy?
