Accessing the arbiter from a Droid

I am looking at getting a Motorola Droid from Verizon. One of the first things that I tried was to see if I could access the arbiter from the browser. Sad to say, but I kept getting a 'timed out' error. Is anyone using the Droid to access the atbiter?
