If you work every game the same way the transition is a lot easier.

I know it is hard to do that, and you will not be as 'user friendly' on the local circuit, but I think it is better for the game and you in the long run.

I know I am not the popular umpire in some of the local leagues, but I also know that I am giving the locals (even 10U rec), the best game I can give them.
