ASA National Umpire School - Virginia
Anyone from the board going to be there? I'm planning on going, possibly with one other member of our crew (most others went to Florence, SC).

Dave I haven't decided if I should call it from the dugout or the outfield. Apparently, both have really great views! Screw green, it ain't easy being blue! I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

I am going. Room reserved and fee sent. Never been to one. Have read the post about the differences between National School and Advanced school and I was discouraged a little by the conclusions.
Nevertheless, it is an excellent way to get noticed by other national regional UIC's and get on their radar. I'd say that is a goal for me. Ron
