Low Profile Masks

Folks,

I am trying to get some info on the Wilson Chrome Moliben Umpire Mask w/Leather Padding. I don't know anyone who has this "new view low profile" mask, but the theory makes sense to allow you to see more.

Anyone have an opinion on it? Is it light? Can you see more? Comfy? Can you wear it with a 4 stich plate hat?

On ump-attire.com it looks nice and is cheaper than what gerry davis has it for.

I have the Wilson low profile mask from 4 years ago or so; don't know if it has changed in profile, etc., so take this for what it is worth:

I like it fine.

Is it light?

I think there are lighter masks out there, but it is definitely light.

Can you see more?

Yes, but I don't think the improvement is all that dramatic.

Comfy?

Yes; as comfy as a mask can be, I suppose.

Can you wear it with a 4 stich plate hat?

Yes. I've worn it with an 8 stitch. You just have to be a bit more deliberate with the out then up to take the mask off.

The new wilson titanium low profile mask is nice. Good vision but not much more than my schutt or honigs masks. For the $150, its worth it, but i still prefer my schutt over anything else.
