Wasn't it you that advised an umpires association that it would be wise to take down the copy of the electronic ASA rulebook they had posted on their website?

Probably, but that referred to an entire publication and that wasn't the question at hand. Also, I was really more concerned about the umpire than I was the rule book.

Its a non issue.

Now if someone started giving away cd/files from CDs etc that are sold in obvious violation, I would dutifully warn them to be careful after obtaining my copy from them.
