so, let me ask y'all.... If I was to develop some kind of hyperlinked, cross referenced thingy using scanned and ocr'ed rulebooks and made it publicly available for critique'ing (sp) and commenting and use for teaching... I'd probably wouldn't need permission? (just spit balling here)
